Project 107 is currently in Phase One - research, planning, and listening.

This phase is about understanding land conditions, zoning realities, and community context before any development decisions are made. No construction timelines, vendors, tenants, or outcomes have been selected at this stage. Final business decisions will be made by the development entity, while community engagement ensures the process is fair, visible, and documented, not predetermined. We commit to sharing information clearly, in plain language, and to communicating changes or pauses as they happen. Not every idea becomes a promise, and not every phase guarantees the next.
