Project 107 is currently in Phase One – the foundational stage of the work.
This phase is intentionally quiet, research-driven, and community-focused. Rather than rushing toward development or announcements, Phase One is designed to understand the land, listen to the community, and build a responsible path forward.
What Phase One Is
Phase One focuses on:
- Studying parcels within the corridor
- Understanding zoning and feasibility
- Listening to residents and community leaders
- Building the right team and partnerships
- Creating transparency around process and decision-making
What Phase One Is Not
Phase One does not include property acquisition, public fundraising, or finalized development plans. No housing, vendor, or job promises are being made at this stage.
Why This Matters
Too many projects move fast and explain later. Project 107 is taking the opposite approach by doing the groundwork first so future decisions are informed, realistic, and accountable.
What’s Next
Over the coming weeks, the project will:
- Continue one-on-one community conversations
- Refine land strategy and feasibility
- Prepare documentation for future phases
- Share updates as milestones are reached
Project 107 is being built deliberately, with respect for the community, the process, and the long-term vision.
