Project 107 is currently in Phase One, focused on research, feasibility, and preparation. Founding Support helps cover the real costs of doing this work carefully before any land is acquired or capital is raised. Support is voluntary and designed to remain modest, accessible, and transparent.

HOW SUPPORT WORKS

Most Founding Support contributions fall within a small, intentional range. These amounts reflect the scope and spirit of Phase One.

STANDARD SUPPORT AMOUNTS

• Any amount – Helps support parcel research and mapping

• $100 – Immediately Helps support zoning/land-use review, and feasibility work

• $250 – Helps support early legal and advisory costs

These amounts are suggestions, not requirements. You may contribute any amount that feels comfortable between $1 and $250.

• Support over $250
  If you wish to support Phase One beyond the standard range, you may do so privately.
  Larger contributions are treated the same as all others and do not change decision authority or rights. Support amount does not influence access, control, or outcomes.

WHAT YOUR SUPPORT FUNDS

Founding Support is used only for Phase One activities, including:

• Parcel and corridor research

• Zoning and land-use analysis

• Early legal and planning consultation

• Feasibility modeling and documentation

• Community listening and reporting

• Limited Phase One advisor contracts

Phase One does not include:

• Property acquisition

• Construction

• Hiring permanent staff

• Promises of future participation

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

All Founding Supporters receive the same recognition and transparency.

You will receive:

• A Founding Supporter Certificate (digital; printed version may follow)

• Periodic Phase One updates

• Access to a private update link or email list

• Optional name recognition (opt-in)
